Refund and Returns???

🔄 RETURN POLICY

We want you to LOVE your kits! If the problem was our fault—like we sent you the wrong size, colour, or a defective item—you can totally return it to us! 🎯

Here’s how it works:

Your kit must have the tag and be unused—no playing around with it! Once we confirm it’s in tip-top shape, we’ll ask if you’d like:

✨ A full refund, or

✨ To swap the size/color to match your original order.

If your kit doesn’t fit because you picked the wrong size, no worries! You can return it for an exchange. Please note, we do not offer refunds if the kit you received matches your original order. Only returns + exchanges in this case.

🚨 IMPORTANT:

We only offer full refunds if the issue was 100% our fault. For any other reason, we handle returns + exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

PLEASE DO NOT send your kit back without contacting us first via Instagram or Email, as unannounced returns won’t show up in our system.
