🔄 RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your kits!

If we made a mistake—sent the wrong size, color, or a defective item—you’re entitled to a return.

How it works:

• The kit must be unused and have the original tag.

• Once approved, you can choose:

– A full refund, or

– An exchange for the correct size or color.

Ordered the wrong size?

No problem! You can return it for an exchange.

Please note: if the item matches what you ordered, we don’t offer refunds—only exchanges.

🚨 IMPORTANT:

• Full refunds are only issued when the issue was 100% our fault.

• All other returns/exchanges are handled case-by-case.

• Do not send anything back without contacting us first. Unannounced returns won’t be processed.
